If an item of jewellery needs to be replaced a jewellery valuation certificate provides you with a full description of the item, which is invaluable if you decide to have the piece remade. A professional photograph of the item is also important if the item is to be replaced.

JEWELLERY APPRAISAL AND VALUATION

Detailed assessment and testing of the item of jewellery is performed on the day of appointment.

After the appraisal appointment, a valuation certificate will be prepared including a professional photograph. A full description of the item will be provided and a statement outlining the basis on which the valuation is determined, along with the market it is intended for. The certificate will provide a value based on current market conditions.
